My Makeup Remover Has Found Its Match

I don’t go out with full set of makeup everyday but I never go out of the house with a bare face. Most days, it’s just powder foundation, eyebrow pencil, eyeliner, mascara, and lip & cheek tint or matte liquid lipstick. Lip products are my favorite but I am not so fond of eyeshadows, false eyelashes and highlighters. I also suck with contouring. The more basic and wearable, the better I like.

Given that I have oily skin on my face, I have to make sure that my eyeliner and mascara are budgeproof. That I why I always make it a point to buy waterproof ones. They stay longer and the amount of the oil my face produces do not affect them so much. But, waterproof makeup can be tough to take off so I use an oil-based makeup balm to help me.

Say hello to Human ❤️ Nature’s Bare Necessity Cleansing Balm! It’s 100% natural, hypoallergenic, and cruelty-free! It is also free of mineral oil, parabens and synthetic fragrance. The website says the ingredients are as follows:

caprylic/capric triglyceride (vegetable-derived), Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, cetearyl alcohol (vegetable-derived), Cera alba (beeswax), polyglyceryl-4 caprate, Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, jojoba esters, Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed wax, Cocos nucifera (virgin coconut oil), Acacia decurrens (mimosa) flower wax, polyglycerin-3, hydrogenated castor oil, parfum (fragrance, all-natural), glyceryl caprylate (plant-derived)

This small but powerful tub can last up to 80 makeup removals all for ₱345!

Let me show you how it works with Happy Skin‘s liquid lipstick that thick, opaque, matte and waterproof.

It melted the lipstick off! Mind you, when this lipstick has set longer, it leaves a red stain on the lips that can be really tough to remove. No trace at all from my hand!

This makeup remover has worked really well for me to take out my foundation, mascara and everything else on my face that a makeup remover should remove. But, this was the first time I have ever tried it using to remove my new liquid eyeliner, Liole Brush Pen Eyeliner. Because I was near to using up all my cleansing balm, I wanted to write a review. So, I wanted to show how it worked and picked up this eyeliner as well as one of the products I will use to provide a demonstration.

I was shookt! It would not melt at all! AT ALL!!! Look!

This is the best eyeliner for girls with oily eyelids!!! I bought it for only Php 300 from Beauty MNL. What a steal!

Despite this shocking discovery, I still love my cleansing balm very much and would continue using it. I would love to see what other products it can or cannot remove from my face. That would be sooooo thrilling!

What other oil-proof makeup products do you know? How do you remove them from your face?
